Carhartt Women's High Pile Fleece Jacket - Warm Winter Coat with Soft Lining, Windproof & Durable for Outdoor Work, Hiking & Casual Wear

It's super warm and comfortable, I got used to the tight wrist cuffs the first time I was in the wind and realized how awesome they are! It seems to pill really easily, I got the eggplant purple color, but I just pull them off periodically and know this is par for the course with the material and color I got. Love itThis is a great in-between jacket when it's not winter but too cold to go without a coat yet. I am around 5'3" and weigh about 145 lbs. I got a size large and it fits as I wanted it to. The arms are long enough and it goes a little bit past my waist. I like the arm cuffs. They are cozy. The jacket is soft and I LOVE the olive green color. Carhartt is a super reliable brand so we own lots of it. I went back and forth between sizes before ordering and am glad I went with a large. I hate jackets that are tight. This fits just right.I have had many Carhartt jackets over the years. Worn them in all kinds of weather and put them through some tough farm labor. Decided to give this jacket a try. This is one of my favorites if not my all time favorite jacket from Carhartt!! There is only sherpa on the inside of the collar with the rest being a smooth like liner. There is a small inside pocket on your let side. I like that the cuffs and the bottom band are stretchable. I have Australian Cattle Dogs that shed and I can easily get the hair off the jacket as it really does not stick to it which is GREAT! Wore this jacket out in below freezing temps and was not cold at all and that is coming from someone who gets cold easily when outside! Size seems to be right on. I did order a size up as I wanted to be able to wear thicker clothing underneath and still have wiggle room. I plan to order a second just incase Carhartt discontinues this jacket which they would be crazy to do so!! I 100% recommend this jacket!!I have been a fan of carhartt for a long time. They make durable products and this full zip jacket is just as expected. The plaid is great! Very warm and fuzzy. Carhartt does run slightly large (I am normally a xxl in womens but in Carhartt i wear an xl). I got an xl since I plan on wearing just tshirts underneath (I plan on wearing it on warmer fall/winter days alone or possibly a vest over it for chillier days). If you’d like to or plan to wear it as a jacket i would suggest going one size up. It is NOT for taller women. I am 5’5” and it hits just at my hipline. It rises up a bit when i raise my arms. Perfect for my height but may be too short for others (depending on preference, some may like the crop look). The elastic around the sleeves and bottom is sure to keep out chilly weather. It is NOT fuzzy on the inside of the jacket, but i dont mind so much. It has an inside pocket (i love that carhartt does that!). I highly recommend this item!!So Warm!! The only reason I took off a star was the jacket is just a little to short for us taller girls, I don’t typically zip up my jackets anyways since I usually wear a hoodie underneath but if I raise my arms it goes just below my belly button lol. Here it is! Years of searching, finally found it.
