I wore this today for a 20 degree run (real feel of 12). I had no issues whatsoever with being cold. I only had a long sleeved running shirt under the jacket. I'm about 5'10" and usually a small/medium. I bought this in a large specifically so I could layer under it and also have room to move. This was a really great buy.UPDATE: 1/6/22 I wore this for a run in 13 degrees (real feel of -1) with just a long-sleeved running shirt under it (not super thick or fleece lined or anything special). I was completely warm throughout my run.
