CONQUECO Women's Heated Jacket - Slim Fit Electric Hoodie with USB Heating for Winter - Perfect for Outdoor Activities, Skiing, and Cold Weather Commutes

Based on picture and description of "women's slimfit" I thought this jacket would be more form fitting and run small. It's not. It runs big and it's boxy. No curve at the waistline. I think it's a man's jacket. I'm trying the next size down. Its difficult to know how to order size when some comments say "runs small" and some say "runs big" and there's nothing to compare that to. And the size chart doesn't really match one's normal sizing. So here are my measurements....In a womens coat I usually wear XL with room to breathe and wear sweaters or whatnot. My HD leather is 2XL - it's a bit big but I can wear a sweatshirt under without feeling constrained. So anyway, I measured the largest part of my chest (not under the arm pit) across the "chest" and around the back for 42.5 inches. Note size chart only goes up to 24 and that suggests XXL. (??). My arm length is about 24-25 inches. My waist measurement isn't even on the size chart....needless to say the size chart was useless. With these measurements, the XL is too big. Will update when Large is recieved.Has only 3 pockets - 2 hand pockets that are not very deep or roomy. :( Inside pocket would be nice. The 3rd pocket is the battery pocket that sits just behind the left hand pocket, so its sits at your side. I don't even feel it.Came with no instructions whatsoever so not sure how to really work the heat. I plugged it in, turned it on (press and hold) and it blinked red at me? After a few, the light had turned white (low) and I figured out you press once for medium (blue light) and again for high (red light). Annnnd ... it came with no charger.UPDATE: Recieved the large and it fits much better yet still big/bulky around the shoulders. I still feel like I'm wearing a guy's jacket. Still don't feel battery pack in left side, which is good. Interestingly, this jacket came very nicely packed in a nice box with instructions and with a charger!!! (I better not have any trouble returning the XL without these things) . But it has a strange strong odor.....Test ride...It's not like cuddling up with an electric blanket but I could definitely feel the difference when the heat was not on. The button is on the inside so you have to unzip to turn heat on or adjust....not the best setup there. And it turns out the pockets are roomy enough.Got it for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it!The material on the outside is almost like a raincoat. It is heavy and non-porous, and fantastic for stopping wind! This is not a soft fluffy coat by any means, but a definite wirk coat, and I love it! The heating is great and keeps my core body parts very warm. The coat is well made and actually quite warm even without turning on the heat. I like how the heat control button is on the inside of this coat! I have another vest from another company where the button is on the outside, and it's very distracting trying to walk in the dark or drive at night with it on. This coat totally solves that issue-thank you for smart design!The only thing I have a negative on with this coat is the front double zipper. It takes me extra time to get it zipped or unzipped at the bottom.I am very happy with this purchase!Heated jacket is great when not below 0.Update 3/17/2022Customer service is amazing and has worked with me to solve my issues.The fit is perfect for me. Showing off my hour glass shape.Wish the pockets had warmers for my hands and the the warmer on the back was a little bit lower. But other that that works very well on most days.Love it! I'm a very small woman so the small is still even a little big but more room for hoodies underneath. Came somewhat charged. Almost heats up instantly. This is only my sixth hour owning this coat, but I love it. Made well, stitching looks very sturdy. A little bulky as mentioned but it's a warm winter coat, feels good when worn. Came very well packaged and arrived earlier than expected?This fits as expected fits me a little big (i wanted it like that) I am 5'3" and 180lbs and fits my husband ?? perfectly he is 5'5" (I think) and 200lbs. Yhe warmth is unbelievable with and without the heating element on! I have Raynauds phenomenon and a bad back. The jacket is made of a lovely soft material and is lovely and warm, so helps with the pain. But mostly feel the warmth at the back. Was easy to order and very prompt delivery. Wish it could be a bit more warmer. The instructions for using does not inform you on how long to charge the battery. Other wise, great product and would gladly recommend itI didn't receive the charger for the jacket for one, 2nd the charge on the battery doesn't last very long & lastly I don't believe that the front of the jacket heats up. I can only feel it on my backSo disappointed especially for the cost of the jacket. I expected more especially since I had read the reviews prior to ordering itLove the jacket!!! It probably could be a bit warmer on the highest setting but it’s still awesome!!!! Great for the cold!!!Its did the job to keep my warm and I mean really warm in the cold I wish the battery didn't have to charge so long though
